Not all activities will be run every day, we ask all Participants to pre-register for all onsite and offsite activities as they will be run on a first come first serve basis. All attendees will be able to change their activity selection up to the day before the activity runs (as long as there is space available).


All attendees will have the option to attend a range of offsite activities, each participant will be given 5 ‘points’ to use in the 4 categories Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. These will be available on the registration page. The breakdown of these categories is as follows:

  • Platinum – 3 points (will cost extra $$$ based on the selected activity)
  • Gold – 3 points
  • Silver – 2 Points
  • Bronze – 1 point

Bar Open times: 19:30/20:00 – 00:00 (Last call)

Beer Garden: 17:00 – 18:30 Then reopens at 19:30/20:00 – 00:00 (Last call)

Admin Open times: Yet to be Confirmed

Day Activities: 09:00 – 12:00 then 14:00 – 18:00

Night Activities: 19:30 – on wards
